Just for Parents

For parents and guardians, the decision to send your child to a STEM school should not be taken lightly. The Northeast Ohio STEM schools know that student performance is directly related to parental involvement and we expect you will be fully engaged in your child's academic life and success.

Each school offers a variety of ways for parents to become engaged in the greater school community through parent teacher organizations, in classroom volunteer opportunities or work on monthly newsletters. The project based learning teaching style in our STEM schools creates the best opportunity for keeping up with your children's schoolwork. Their active engagement in projects that link what they are learning to a real world situation gives students a sense of their potential.

Although the Cleveland HUB works closely with the Cleveland Metropolitan School District we are NOT a part of the district. We provide support to the STEM schools in the Cleveland District as well as all other Northeast Ohio school Districts.
